Amazing product but came without personalization

I bought my wallet because I had the exact same one before, and I love it! This time, my wallet came without the engraving and I got no response from TAUROS.

Late delivery and wrong initials

I ordered the wallet and it arrived after more than a month and with wrong initials! I did not get any respond to emails I sent while waiting, nor after I got it (asking about the faulty engraving and wanting replacement).
